Human Resources Manager

Looking for an HUMAN RESOURCES Manager, with knowledge and experience of the United Arab Emirates laws and regulations. Previous experience in a hotel is mandatory. Experience in international Brand Hotel will be considered an advantage.

* Key Qualifications*

- knowledgeable in UAE Labor Law

- strong interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree or relevant Specialisation in Human resource studies is mandatory

-Prior Knowledge on how to process visa applications and labour permits

- Business English Communication skills

- Experienced in Human Resources works in the hospitality industry

* Key Roles and Responsibilities*

- Staffing and Recruitment

- Coordinate with PRO the Visa Applications

- Knowledge in using pay Trax

- Timely submission of Monthly Reports

- Create KPI Objectives (monthly basis) and discuss them with General Manager

- Organize employee files

- Passport safekeeping

- Do coaching/ counselling for staff

- Organize training sessions as per the standard that one has to know while working on the property.

- Organize monthly staff outing/gathering

- Organize and ensure employee welfare and safety in the Staff Accommodation

- To do a monthly inspection of staff accommodation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • HR Manager : 1 year (Required)
