Executive Role Overview:
Mais Interior Design is seeking a highly experienced Executive Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at a strategic level. The role is critical in supporting senior management, driving organizational performance, and building a high-performance, compliant, and people-centric culture aligned with the company’s growth and project-driven environment.
Key Strategic Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the overall HR strategy in alignment with Mais Interior Design’s business objectives.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management in organizational design, workforce planning, and manpower optimization.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and compliance.
- Lead, design, implement, and manage performance appraisal systems and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with operational goals and reward frameworks.
- Establish and enforce HR policies, procedures, governance, and best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Drive strategic recruitment initiatives to attract talent suitable for the interior design and project-based industry.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and support cultural transformation.
- Oversee compensation structures, salary reviews, and market benchmarking.
- Manage HR budgets and control manpower and overhead costs.
- Prepare executive HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, disputes, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Lead learning, development, leadership programs, and succession planning.
- Represent the company in audits, inspections, and with relevant authorities.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and a performance-driven workplace culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including senior or executive leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in performance management systems and KPI development and execution.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR governance.
- Strategic mindset with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage change and work under pressure in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
