As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to take full ownership of our Human Resources function. This is a senior, hands-on generalist role where you will act as both a strategic partner to leadership and the operational lead for people, culture, and compliance.

This position is fully onsite at our office in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.

The Role

As HR Manager at Sprouto, you will manage the complete employee lifecycle and lead all HR activity across the business. You will play a critical role in building strong people processes, supporting leadership, and fostering a high-performance culture within a fast-growing software development environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy, Policy & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with labour laws and best practice
• Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and company standards
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and professional working environment
• Communicate policy updates and train managers to ensure consistency and compliance

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, job descriptions, interviews, offers, and contracts
• Lead onboarding and induction programmes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Support authorised workforce planning and headcount management

Employee Relations & Management Support

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR matters
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution, and early conciliation
• Promote positive employee relations and open communication across teams
• Support leadership with complex employee relations cases

Performance, Development & Engagement

• Oversee performance management frameworks and annual appraisals
• Coach managers on performance management best practices
• Identify training needs and implement development programmes
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives

Compensation, Payroll & Benefits

• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
• Manage benefits administration and annual salary reviews
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

HR Systems, Data & Technology

• Drive effective use of HR systems and data
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date HR records and reporting
• Develop and implement improved HR processes using technology
• Familiarity with Odoo is an advantage

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a senior HR Generalist or HR Manager role
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice
• Experience working in software development or technology-led environments preferred
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Permanently based in Lahore or willing to relocate/commute daily
• Comfortable working onsite from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
