We are looking for our group of companies (Mega Marketing Network / Shaadi Organization Pakistan / Al Haqq Law Firm) a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment, talent management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must have strong interviewing and evaluation skills, with a special ability to identify candidates who possess excellent sales, communication, and persuasion skills — essential for our fast-growing digital marketing environment.

This role requires someone who understands modern hiring practices, performance-driven cultures, and the dynamics of marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and onboarding
  • Conduct initial interviews, assess communication ability, and shortlist high-potential candidates
  • Identify applicants with strong sales mindset, confidence, and closing skills
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Develop structured interview processes and candidate evaluation frameworks
  • Maintain HR policies, employee records, and compliance procedures
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies
  • Assist management in building a high-performance sales and marketing team
  • Handle employee relations and ensure a positive company culture

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Masters in HR from good university with a minimum of 3.2 CGPA. Minimum 5+ Years post qualification proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
  • Excellent LinkedIn profile with thousands of connections and command on LinkedIn recruitment tools
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Ability to evaluate sales potential, negotiation skills, and personality fit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of recruitment strategies for marketing, sales, and digital roles
  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or sales-driven organizations
  • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Experience hiring for remote or freelance teams
  • Able to join on short notice

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
