Human Resources Executive (Female)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, supporting employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support attendance management, leave administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Address employee concerns and facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Generate HR reports and provide insights to management when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

• Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

• Salary: Rs. 80,000 – Rs. 120,000 (Based on Experience)

Important Note:
The company provides a conveyance allowance; however, candidates must have reliable personal transportation and be able to commute independently during night shift hours.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
