Job Title: Human Resources (HR) OfficerJob Summary
The HR Officer is responsible for managing all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE labor laws, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment. The HR Officer ensures company policies are properly implemented and employees follow company regulations.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job vacancies and screen candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department managers.
- Prepare job offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage visa processing, MOHRE documentation, and employee files.
- Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees.
2. Employee Records & Administration
- Maintain updated employee files (passport, visa, Emirates ID, contracts, etc.).
- Monitor visa renewals, medical, Emirates ID renewals.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and overtime tracking.
- Ensure fingerprint check-in/out compliance (if applicable).
3. Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, overtime, commissions.
- Handle end-of-service calculations.
- Ensure salary payments comply with UAE labor law.
4. Performance Management
- Support performance evaluations.
- Monitor employee performance ratings.
- Assist in implementing incentive programs.
- Issue warning letters when required as per company policy.
5. Company Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law.
- Draft and update HR policies and company regulations.
- Handle disciplinary actions and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
6. Employee Relations
- Handle employee complaints and conflicts.
- Support a positive and productive work environment.
- Act as a communication bridge between management and employees.
7. Training & Development
- Identify training needs.
- Coordinate internal or external training programs.
- Monitor employee skill development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years HR experience (preferably in UAE).
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and MOHRE procedures.
- Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
