The Talent, Learning & Culture Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s people strategy by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. This role oversees talent management, learning and development programs, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure alignment with the company’s values, brand standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Lead end-to-end talent management processes, including workforce planning, recruitment support, succession planning, and identification of high-potential employees.
- Partner with department leaders to support performance management and career development initiatives.
Learning & Development
- Design, implement, and manage learning programs, including onboarding, service excellence, leadership, and technical training.
- Conduct training needs analyses and develop annual learning plans tailored to organizational needs.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Drive initiatives that reinforce company culture in line with organizational values and brand standards.
- Develop and implement employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing programs.
Leadership & Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on people development and culture-related matters.
- Coach managers on effective leadership, performance management, and development conversations.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align people initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in talent management and learning & development.
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, or service-focused industries is preferred.
- Solid understanding of performance management, talent development, and culture-building practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
