HR Manager

The Role
HR Manager Role Overview EnergyX is seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the HR function in Doha. This standalone role covers HR strategy, compliance, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management aligned with Qatar and QFC frameworks. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & HR Operations: • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior roles, including sourcing, interviews, hiring coordination, and building talent pipelines to support company growth. • Establish HR policies, procedures, and systems while ensuring compliance with Qatar employment regulations (including QFC) and managing HR documentation, visas, payroll compliance, and end-of-service processes. Payroll & Employee Relations: • Coordinate and manage payroll processes, compensation structures, employee relations, training initiatives, and disciplinary processes.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Experience: • 7–10+ years of HR experience. • Strong knowledge of Qatar employment and immigration processes. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with QFC regulations. • Qatari nationals preferred. Key Skills: • Strong knowledge of Qatar employment regulations. • Ability to build HR structures in a growing organization.
