HR Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR and administration
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR management, document control, and information management, preferably in real estate/infrastructure projects
  • Experience in Oman/GCC region is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Oversee document control and information management systems for project and HR records
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper staffing and manpower planning
  • Maintain and manage HR records, personnel files, and documentation systems

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements (Oman/GCC)
  • Experience in document management systems and record control
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases
  • Understanding of organizational development and workforce planning

Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and manage the HR and administrative team
  • Support management in strategic decision-making and workforce planning
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment

Communication & Reporting:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prepare and present HR reports, policies, and analytics
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Pay: RO600.000 - RO800.000 per month
