Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR and administration
- At least 8 years of experience in HR management, document control, and information management, preferably in real estate/infrastructure projects
- Experience in Oman/GCC region is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Oversee document control and information management systems for project and HR records
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper staffing and manpower planning
- Maintain and manage HR records, personnel files, and documentation systems
Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements (Oman/GCC)
- Experience in document management systems and record control
- Familiarity with HR software and databases
- Understanding of organizational development and workforce planning
Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage the HR and administrative team
- Support management in strategic decision-making and workforce planning
- Promote a positive and productive work environment
Communication & Reporting:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare and present HR reports, policies, and analytics
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Pay: RO600.000 - RO800.000 per month
