HR Manager (Strategic & Operational Role)

About the Role:
We are looking for a high-caliber HR Manager who can take ownership of the entire HR function and build structure as the organization continues to grow.
This is not a routine HR role — we’re looking for someone who can design systems, improve processes, and partner with leadership to strengthen our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and refine recruitment strategy to attract quality talent
- Build and implement structured HR policies, SOPs, and performance frameworks
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and appraisal systems
- Handle complex employee relations with maturity and discretion
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, and HR controls
- Introduce initiatives focused on retention, accountability, and culture
Requirements (Strict):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
- Proven experience in setting up or improving HR systems and processes
- Strong understanding of Pakistani labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential matters
Preferred Background:
- Experience in export, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
- Candidates who have worked in growing or mid-sized organizations will be preferred
