and a high-performance culture. We’re looking for an organized, people-focused HR Manager to
support our day-to-day HR operations and employee experience.
Position Summary
The HR Manager plays a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,
and HR administration. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to
manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate
communication)
- Manage benefits administration (401K, Health, Vision, Dental)
- Back up payroll processing and timekeeping coordination
- Provide supporting documentation to CPA office(CPA office reports and files all payroll
taxes)
- Audit HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Maintain Employee Handbook and Identify needed change (legal, operational, or issue-
driven) Maintain a file of archived versions with clear documentation
- Backup with HR reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Human Resources, HR administration, or related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Experience with Bamboo, ADP a plus
- Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws
