HR Manager

About Us
CDA Precast, LLC is a growing concrete precast company focused on building strong teams
and a high-performance culture. We’re looking for an organized, people-focused HR Manager to
support our day-to-day HR operations and employee experience.

Position Summary
The HR Manager plays a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,
and HR administration. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to
manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment cycle (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate

communication)

  • Manage benefits administration (401K, Health, Vision, Dental)
  • Back up payroll processing and timekeeping coordination
  • Provide supporting documentation to CPA office(CPA office reports and files all payroll

taxes)

  • Audit HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain Employee Handbook and Identify needed change (legal, operational, or issue-

driven) Maintain a file of archived versions with clear documentation

  • Backup with HR reporting and documentation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Human Resources, HR administration, or related role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Experience with Bamboo, ADP a plus
  • Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws
