HR Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Lead performance management and appraisal systems
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Support organizational development and workforce planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Professional HR certification (preferred)
