Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
2. Maintain and update accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
3. Handle all visa and immigration formalities, coordinating with PROs, authorities, and internal stakeholders for timely processing.
4. Oversee vendor management activities, including Visa process, payment coordination, invoice verification, and alignment with finance teams.
5. Handle employee relations issues to ensure that the processes of dismissal, resignation, and disciplinary action are legal and compliance.
6. Ensure the unified and efficient execution of regional HR work.
7.Handle employee conflict and theft cases in warehouses , taking necessary action in alignment with UAE labor law.
Job Requirements :
1. Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in HR domain
2. Must be fluent in English and Hindi as this will be handling with blue collars
3. Immediate joiners required
4. Candidate should be inside UAE
5. Valid UAE driving license
6. Should be ready to work in Abu Dhabi, ICAD 3
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
