The Baiz Cafe Restaurant is a vibrant dining destination in Dubai, known for exceptional service, quality cuisine, and a welcoming atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and support the development of our team.

Position Overview

The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law while fostering a positive and high-performance workplace culture. This role is ideal for a hospitality-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies

Manage employee contracts, visa processing, renewals, and labour documentation

Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and end-of-service benefits

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Develop recruitment strategies to attract top hospitality talent

Manage end-to-end hiring process (job postings, interviews, onboarding)

Coordinate staff onboarding and orientation programs

Employee Relations & Performance

Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts

Implement performance management systems

Support training and development initiatives

Promote employee engagement and retention strategies

Policy Development

Develop and update HR policies and procedures

Implement best HR practices aligned with company goals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures

Experience managing multicultural teams

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

CIPD certification (preferred but not mandatory)
