CDigital is a technology and engineering firm working on large-scale infrastructure, hydromet, ICT, security, energy, biotech, and automation projects across Pakistan. As we scale, we are looking to bring structure, accountability, and performance discipline into our organization.
We are hiring an HR Manager to lead this transformation.
Role Overview
This is not a routine HR role.
You will be responsible for building and enforcing organizational structure, performance systems, and HR processes across a multi-division, project-driven company.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Structure & Governance
● Implement and refine company-wide HR policies and corporate structure
● Define roles, reporting lines, and accountability frameworks across departments
● Ensure enforcement of SOPs across all teams
Performance & Accountability
● Design and implement employee performance tracking systems (KPIs, reviews, appraisals)
● Work with department heads to drive accountability and measurable outcomes
● Introduce structured performance review cycles
HR Systems & Data Management
● Maintain and manage complete employee data and records
● Lead implementation and management of HRMIS / HRIS systems
● Ensure data accuracy for decision-making and reporting
Talent Management & Retention
● Develop and deploy employee retention strategies
● Identify engagement gaps and address attrition risks
● Design career progression and growth frameworks
Hiring & Process Discipline
● Implement structured hiring frameworks (JDs, evaluation, approvals)
● Ensure all managers follow standardized recruitment and onboarding processes
● Improve quality and consistency of hiring across divisions
Culture & Employee Development
● Introduce initiatives for employee engagement and professional grooming
● Build a performance-driven yet collaborative work culture
● Strengthen internal communication and alignment across teams
Requirements
● 4–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in engineering, tech, or project-based organizations
● Strong understanding of performance management systems and organizational design
● Experience implementing HR policies, SOPs, and HR systems
● Ability to work directly with leadership and enforce structure
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
