Oversees an organization's employee-related functions, including recruitment, performance management, compliance, compensation, and employee relations. They bridge management and staff to implement strategies that enhance productivity and cultivate a positive work environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Managing the full hiring lifecycle, from posting jobs and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Acting as the primary contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and handling disciplinary actions.
  • Performance Management: Developing and monitoring performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensuring company compliance with labor laws and updating internal HR policies and handbooks.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and salary structures.
  • Training & Development: Identifying training needs and implementing professional development programs.
  • Strategic Planning: Advising senior leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office.

Pay: KD400.000 - KD600.000 per month
