Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources team at our Riyadh location. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives, policies, and programs that align with our organization's goals and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote employee engagement.

Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and lead recruitment efforts.

Develop and manage effective employee development programs, training initiatives, and career progression opportunities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR processes.

Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.

Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits.

Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
