The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent to support the successful pre-opening and ongoing operations of the resort. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, workforce planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations and Saudisation objectives.
Working closely with department leaders, the Talent Acquisition Manager will build high-performing teams that embody Rosewood's culture, values, and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the resort's pre-opening and operational hiring plans.

Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.

Develop sourcing strategies across local, regional, and international markets

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

Conduct competency-based interviews and support hiring managers in candidate selection.

Coordinate assessment centres, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and open days.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.

Strengthen Rosewood AMAALA's employer brand across digital platforms and recruitment channels.

Develop recruitment marketing initiatives to attract high-calibre hospitality professionals.

Build relationships with hospitality schools, universities, and industry partners.

Represent Rosewood at recruitment events and networking opportunities.

Support the achievement of Saudisation targets across all departments.

Develop initiatives to attract, recruit, and retain Saudi nationals.

Build partnerships with government agencies, universities, and local training institutions.

Monitor compliance with localisation requirements and provide recruitment recommendations.

Manage relationships with international recruitment agencies and executive search firms.

Negotiate recruitment terms and monitor agency performance.

Ensure all recruitment partners comply with Rosewood standards and ethical recruitment practices.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.

Professional HR or Recruitment certification is advantageous (CIPD, SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, etc.).

Minimum 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Luxury hotel or resort recruitment experience is highly preferred.

Pre-opening hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
