Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee all human resource functions for our call center operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring for call centers, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for call center roles (CSRs, agents, supervisors, QA, etc.)
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
  • Handle attendance, shift management coordination, and employee records
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary processes
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture
  • Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Manage employee retention strategies and reduce attrition
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, BBA, or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a call center or BPO
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and call center KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
