Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions within our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical, engineering, and administrative positions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor employee performance appraisal and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and health & safety policies.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation processes.
• Coordinate payroll, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
• Maintain HR records and prepare monthly HR reports.
• Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• CIPD or HR certification is an advantage.
