We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in shaping our people strategy, building HR systems, driving talent acquisition, and creating a high-performance culture in a growing organization.
Requirements-
7–10 years of HR experience.

At least 3 years in an HR Manager or Senior HR leadership role.

Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.

Proven ability to build HR systems and processes from scratch.

Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and compliance.

Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.

SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment across all business functions.

Build and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.

Design and drive performance management frameworks and employee development plans.

Foster employee engagement and a strong company culture.

Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws.

Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth.

Track and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
