HR Manager

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in shaping our people strategy, building HR systems, driving talent acquisition, and creating a high-performance culture in a growing organization.


Requirements

  • 7–10 years of HR experience.
  • At least 3 years in an HR Manager or Senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
  • Proven ability to build HR systems and processes from scratch.
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and compliance.
  • Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.
  • SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across all business functions.
  • Build and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Design and drive performance management frameworks and employee development plans.
  • Foster employee engagement and a strong company culture.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
