Platinum Industries Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals, PVC stabilizers, CPVC additives, lubricants, and allied products, serving customers across domestic and international markets. We are expanding our global footprint and are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function in Egypt.

Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete HR function for the Egypt operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance with Egyptian labour laws, payroll coordination, training & development, and HR administration. The role requires a proactive HR professional capable of building a high-performance culture while ensuring statutory compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, corporate, and sales positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
  • Manage onboarding and induction for new employees.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee counselling.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Work with department heads to establish KPIs and development plans.
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure accurate HRIS data management.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labour Law and statutory regulations.
  • Manage employment contracts, renewals, and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate government-related HR formalities, work permits, and social insurance requirements where applicable.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Organise technical, behavioural, and leadership development programmes.
  • Monitor training effectiveness.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support salary benchmarking and annual compensation reviews.
  • Administer employee benefits and insurance programmes.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.

HR Reporting

  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Analyse manpower, attrition, recruitment, and training metrics.
  • Present HR reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's Degree/MBA in HR preferred.
  • Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Experience handling HR operations in Egypt is highly desirable.

Pay: E£40,000.00 - E£70,000.00 per month
