Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic
HR Manager with a deep expertise in Organizational Development (OD)
. In this role, you won't just manage processes, you will be the architect of our company culture and the engine behind our team's growth. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and people capability, ensuring our workforce is agile, engaged, and continuously evolving.
Key Responsibilities:

OD Interventions & Design:
Lead organizational development efforts by diagnosing "pain points," designing dynamic structures, and conducting job analyses to enhance efficiency and growth.

Change Management:
Lead the people side of change during transitions, ensuring high adoption rates and minimal resistance to new organizational shifts.

Culture Leadership:
Define and embed core values into the employee lifecycle and organize "in-touch" sessions to promote open communication and a positive work environment.

Manpower Planning:
Define the standard crew and conduct zero-based analysis as part of strategic manpower planning efforts.

Performance Systems:
Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system, including KPI development, dashboards, and a competencies matrix.

Performance Evolution:
Move beyond annual reviews toward a culture of continuous feedback, ensuring results inform annual increment decisions in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits.

Succession Planning:
Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to build a robust leadership pipeline.

Training Strategy:
Conduct comprehensive gap analyses to identify skills needed for future requirements and develop an annual training plan and budget.

Program Delivery:
Develop and manage effective training programs (bespoke learning paths, leadership development, and technical training) aligned with organizational objectives.

Onboarding Strategy:
Design an immersive "New Hire Experience" to accelerate time-to-productivity and cultural alignment.

Data-Driven Insights:
Oversee HR metrics to track turnover, engagement, and headcount planning through satisfaction and engagement surveys.

Strategic Partnership:
Partner with the Sr. HRBP and the wider HR team to ensure OD and learning initiatives align with overall HR policies and labor laws.

Expert Counsel:
Provide guidance on employee relations and compliance while addressing employee requests to maintain harmonious workplace dynamics.
Qualifications & Requirements:

10+ years of experience in HR with a deep expertise in OD experience (preferably in the constructions or manufacturing sector).

3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial level.

Proficiency in Oracle HRMS & advanced Excel for HR data analysis and reporting.

Language Requirement: Native Arabic speaker; English proficiency preferred.

GCC experience is a great advantage
