Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions and support the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Manage employee performance appraisal and development programs.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR documentation.
• Manage visa, labour, and immigration-related processes.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS with complete confidentiality.
• Coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics for management.
• Support compensation and benefits administration.
• Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
• Liaise with government authorities and external service providers when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience with payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or fit-out industry is preferred.
