Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Kadi

Experience: 10 – 15 years
Age Preference: 40 – 55 years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager who can manage both HR and Administrative functions effectively. The candidate should be capable of handling government liaisoning, attendance monitoring, and employee management, along with strong technical skills in computer operations, ERP, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall HR & Admin activities of the organization.
  • Handle government liaisoning work related to labour laws, factory compliance, PF/ESIC, etc.
  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leave records, and discipline.
  • Oversee recruitment, joining formalities, induction, and employee relations.
  • Prepare HR letters, notices, and circulars as required.
  • Maintain and update employee records in ERP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
  • Handle office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Generate and maintain reports in Excel and Word for management review.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
  • Good computer knowledge with data entry and report generation.
  • Typing and drafting official letters, notices, and communication.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin roles.
  • Strong knowledge of government compliance and liaisoning.
  • Age between 40 to 55 years.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
