Job Summary:
Al Waha Cars is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager (Arabic Speaking) to lead and manage the company’s human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with Qatar labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies
- Manage payroll coordination, leave records, and employee documentation
- Oversee performance appraisal and training programs
- Maintain HR records and HRIS systems
- Support management in organizational planning and workforce development
- Coordinate visa, QID, and government-related processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in Qatar
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Must be currently residing in Qatar
