HR Manager (Contract) – Real Estate Development

Our client, a leading real estate developer, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Jeddah on a fixed-term contract. With a growing portfolio of commercial, residential, and hospitality projects, this role offers the chance to take ownership of HR operations and directly support a high-impact development initiative that aligns with Vision 2030.

What we’re looking for

This position forms part of the company’s Saudization initiative , and applications are welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • 4–7 years of HR experience , focused on operations.
  • Background in real estate development or PIF-related entities is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience with Oracle HR systems , payroll, bonuses, and employee policies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of government portals (Muqeem, Qiwa) and HR operations.
  • Independent operator with no direct reports, comfortable in a contract role (6–9 months, extendable) .
