About the Role

We are is hiring passionate and motivated candidates for the position of HR & Student Counselor. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and Student Counseling.

HR Responsibilities (For Fresher & Experienced)

• Assist in recruitment, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist with attendance and performance tracking
• Support implementation of HR policies and company procedures

Additional Responsibilities for Experienced HR Candidates:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring strategies
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Develop HR policies and manage compliance
• Guide and mentor junior HR staff

Student Counselor Responsibilities

• Counsel students about courses, training programs, and career paths
• Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records
• Guide students in course selection and career planning
• Meet counseling and enrollment targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Freshers are welcome; experience is an added advantage
