Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles (SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Social Media, etc.).
  • Develop and execute HR policies, onboarding, and performance management systems.
  • Work closely with marketing leadership to identify skill gaps and hiring needs.
  • Manage employee engagement, retention, and training programs.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring clear communication and a positive workplace culture.
  • Support workforce planning and team expansion aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a digital marketing or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing roles, tools, and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Preferred:

  • Experience in a marketing agency or digital services company.
  • Certifications in HR management or talent acquisition.
