Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management within the hospital, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, training, and organizational development. The role ensures that HR policies align with hospital goals and healthcare regulations while fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing

· Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment for medical, paramedical, and non-medical staff.

· Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.

· Ensure timely on boarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Welfare

· Address employee grievanqces and maintain harmonious industrial relations.

· Conduct employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

· Manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes as per hospital policy.

3.. Training & Development

· Design and execute training programs for staff across all levels.

· Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

4. Compliance & Policy Administration

· Ensure adherence to statutory laws — ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Labour Law, and other HR compliances.

· Handle audits and coordinate with external consultants when needed.

5. Payroll & HR Operations

· Oversee payroll processing, salary structure, and related statutory deductions.

· Manage HRMS data, employee records, and documentation.

· Monitor attendance, shift scheduling, and manpower utilization.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Master’s degree in HR / MBA (HR) / PGDHRM or equivalent.

· Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setup.

· In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and hospital staffing norms.
