HR Manager ( Female)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized HR Manager to lead human resources operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must bring hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or industrial plant environments, with strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

This role demands someone who understands the urgency and operational discipline required in a factory setting, especially in managing manpower, compliance, and communication across production, engineering, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely hiring for factory and technical roles

Collaborate with department heads (Production, QA, Engineering, etc.) to anticipate staffing needs

Handle onboarding, policy enforcement, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions

Maintain all employee records and HR documentation in line with labor laws and audits

Drive performance reviews, productivity monitoring, and staff morale initiatives

Ensure legal compliance and best practices in a pharmaceutical manufacturing context

Coordinate closely with plant leadership to support daily HR operations and workforce continuity

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline

5+ years of HR experience in a pharmaceutical factory or industrial manufacturing plant is mandatory

Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize fast-moving tasks

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently under pressure with strong attention to detail
