HR Manager (Female)

We are looking for an exceptional HR Manager to join our team for a long-term role. This position is ideal for someone who is sharp-minded, result-driven, and capable of building strong HR systems in a professional environment.

Requirements
MBA in Human Resource Management is mandatory
Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience
Hands-on experience with well-known HRM software
Strong command of English with excellent communication skills
Good understanding of Labor Laws, Wages, and California / LA taxation system
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams and develop policies
Proven ability to hire high-quality talent based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Design and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, wage regulations, and taxation policies
Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR operations
Build talent pipelines and improve hiring quality and efficiency
Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development
Implement and manage HR software systems for performance tracking and reporting
Support leadership in workforce planning and decision-making
