About Us: We're seeking an experienced HR Manager (Female) to join our retail team in Shahalam Market, Lahore. As an HR Manager, you'll oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition

- Handle employee relations and grievances

- Oversee training and development programs

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements:

- MBA/Master's in HR or related field

- 3-5 years of HR experience in retail sector

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Familiarity with labor laws and HR software
