HR Manager (Female)

Location: Shahalam market , Lahore
Shift: 9:30am – 6pm(Monday – saturday)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting overall organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Oversee employee relations and handle workplace concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and performance management systems
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and performance evaluations
• Handle disciplinary actions and policy adherence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–7 years of relevant HR experience (Managerial level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
