We are a rapidly growing tech startup working across software development, AI, ecommerce, design, and automation services. As we scale, we need a strong HR Manager who has hands-on experience building teams from scratch and managing high-volume hiring.
What We’re Looking For
We need an HR professional who:
- Has worked previously in a software house
- Has proven experience hiring complete teams (developers, designers, PMs, QA, support, etc.)
- Can handle mass hiring and scale departments quickly
- Can set up HR policies, SOPs, and culture frameworks
- Has experience conducting technical and non-technical interviews
- Can manage onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations
- Is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all tech and non-tech roles
- Build scalable talent pipelines for fast hiring needs
- Create and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and processes
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle
- Work closely with management to plan and execute team expansions
- Ensure a positive, productive, and growth-driven company culture
- Handle employee grievances, performance evaluations, and retention efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Business Administration
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in a software house
- Strong background in technical hiring
- Experience in mass recruitment or scaling teams rapidly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
