HR Manager - Food & Beverages Business

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with HR systems and workforce planning.
  • Valid QID with transferable sponsorship.

Compensation
Salary package will be discussed based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
