HR Manager – Freight Forwarding Specialists

Time Express Parcels is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead our human resources department. As a key partner in our fast-growing logistics network, you will be responsible for scaling our team and maintaining high performance across our distribution, ecommerce courier, and freight operations.

The ideal candidate brings over a decade of specialized experience in courier and freight forwarding recruitment, ensuring we attract the industry’s best talent to drive our international and last-mile delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for land, freight, air, and sea cargo specialists, leveraging an extensive industry network.

· Talent Management: Develop manpower plans for operations teams, including drivers, warehouse staff, and senior logistics leadership.

· Compliance: Oversee all HR policies and frameworks to ensure 100% alignment with UAE Labour Law and regional regulations.

· Employee Relations: Manage performance appraisals, training programs, and engagement initiatives to reduce attrition in a high-pressure environment.

· Operations Integration: Collaborate closely with the CEO and department heads to align HR strategies with company growth and international expansion.

Requirements

· Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a primary focus on recruitment within the courier, freight forwarding or logistics sector.

· Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE logistics market, including workforce mobilization and customs/freight documentation roles.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Languages: Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

· Skills: Proven leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
