We are looking for a highly skilled HR Manager with strong experience in recruitment for garments factories, especially hiring blue collar operators, supervisors, and production staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for factory positions (workers, supervisors, quality teams, technicians, line chiefs, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for all production departments.
- Develop recruitment strategies to reduce turnover and ensure continuous staffing.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and workforce planning.
- Handle HR operations related to attendance, discipline, and compliance with labor laws.
- Support factory management in improving employee relations and productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in garments / manufacturing.
- Strong background in mass recruitment and hiring factory roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law.
