HR Manager - Generalist & Talent Acquisition

The HR Manager - Generalist & Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage the performance review process and provide guidance to managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Oversee HRIS and maintain employee records.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
