HR Manager (High Volume Recruitment)

We are looking for a high energy, results driven HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts as we scale our operations. This is a critical role designed for a candidate who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a proven track record of massive hiring for high volume US campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the call center industry, specifically focused on the Medicare and ACA (Affordable Care Act) verticals. You should possess an extensive professional network (PR) to source top-tier talent quickly and the linguistic fluency to vet candidates for premium English speaking roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Massive Recruitment: Execute aggressive hiring strategies to meet weekly agent quotas for Medicare and ACA campaigns.
• Talent Sourcing: Leverage your existing PR and industry connections to build a pipeline of experienced call center agents.
• Vetting & Quality Control: Conduct rigorous interviews to ensure all hires meet our high standards for English proficiency and sales acumen.
• Onboarding: Streamline the transition from candidate to agent, ensuring all new hires understand the nuances of US based lead generation.
• Strategy: Provide deep insights into the US call center market to optimize retention and recruitment ROI.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR/Recruitment Management specifically within the BPO/Call Center sector.
• Campaign Knowledge: Deep, hands on understanding of Medicare, ACA, and US based insurance campaigns.
• Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
• Network: A strong "Public Relations" (PR) portfolio within the local call center community.
