Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies for various departments.
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast manpower needs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Promote a positive work culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance redressal.

3. Performance Management

  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
  • Guide managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Support continuous feedback and coaching frameworks.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop and update HR policies aligned with legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and develop training plans.
  • Conduct orientation programs and leadership development initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training sessions.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and employee reward programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of payroll data.

7. HR Operations & Reporting

  • Manage HRIS systems and employee data.
  • Prepare HR reports for management (attrition, hiring metrics, etc.).
  • Optimize HR processes for efficiency and scalability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
