Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Support staff development, performance management, and training programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution professionally.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and hospitality industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
