Apt Resources is looking for a skilled HR Manager to join a leading hospitality group based in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all human resource functions, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations within the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and company standards
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively
- Coordinate employee performance management, training, and development programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and human resources best practices specific to the DRC
- Collaborate with management to support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
