To lead our expanding operations, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Group Manager to oversee multiple outlets and drive operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Group Manager will be responsible for managing the performance of several restaurants, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with chefs, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative dining experiences.
• Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on group performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a multi-outlet leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing successful restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage management, customer service, and financial oversight.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
