HR Manager / HR Executive – Software House

We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR Manager to manage all human resource operations for our software house. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle recruitment, employee management, and HR policies.

You will be responsible for hiring the right talent, managing employee performance, and handling HR operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete hiring process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Handle employee contracts and HR documentation
• Manage employee attendance, performance, and discipline
• Handle employee terminations and conflict resolution when required
• Maintain HR policies and company procedures
• Ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Coordinate with management regarding team performance and staffing needs
• Maintain employee records and HR reports

Requirements

• Experience in HR management or recruitment
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage HR operations independently
• Good understanding of employee performance management

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
