Hr Manager Internship

Islamabad, Pakistan

We prefer a Fresh graduate with basic knowledge of the hiring process, a good grip on Microsoft excel and most important who is willing to grow and build his career in the HR department.

Some of the tasks to be carried out are as follows:

1. Add posting for jobs.

2. Contacting and short-listing potential candidates for the interview

3. Conducting interviews and recruiting the selected candidates, follow the training process.

4. Keeping an eye on staff’s everyday performance

5. Intimating or motivating the employees by judging their performance according to company’s preset requirements.

6. Keeping a cross check on junior Managers’ performance.

7. Maintaining attendance record of every employee and calculating their payroll by the end of every month.

8. Suggesting ways to improve overall recruitment process, retention policies and other avenues of human resource management.

9. Meeting weekly targets of induction of fresh talent into the resource pool and to discus about old team.

10. Devising and developing strategies to optimize staff’s performance as per company’s requirements.Additional tasks may be assigned to him/her other than the above mentioned.

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for this position and will be evaluated during interview session.

Selected candidate will go through one month of training program under direct supervision of the management.

By the end of month his/her performance will be evaluated by the management and will be offered the position of HR Manager as full time employee.

If the performance is not up to the mark as expected, either the candidate’s probation period will be extended or he/she will be dismissed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
