Job Description: HR Manager

Experience: 5+ years​

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Budget: As per industry standards

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

Note: The candidate should join us on an immediate basis.

Responsibilities:

∙Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

∙Maintain a smooth and efficient on-boarding and off-boarding process.

∙Provide training, counselling, and coaching to staff.

∙Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

∙Handle necessary administrative duties.

∙Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee benefits reviews.

∙Develop clear HR policies and ensure organisation-wide policy awareness.

∙Deliver engaging and informative presentations.

∙Ensure workplace health and safety compliance, including POSH and ISO standards. ∙Manage workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures. ∙Maintain employee confidentiality and workplace privacy.

∙Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance management.

∙Manage leave and attendance systems effectively.

∙Maintain and update employee databases through ERP systems.

Requirements:

∙Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management or a related field.

∙Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.

∙Strong ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.

∙Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations. ∙Strong understanding of workplace privacy norms. ∙

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

∙Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.

∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,281.59 - ₹59,507.57 per month
