· Responsible for developing human resource policies and implementation of the same
· Manage the entire life cycle of the employee in the organisation from manpower planning to resignation of the employees
· Administer compensation and benefit plans for all employees
· Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes
· Conduct employee on boarding activities, reference check and induction plan
· Organize basic training & development initiatives such as Soft skills training, Leadership training, time management programs etc
· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
· Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
· Responsible for development of performance management system, which includes setting KRA & KPI, driving reporting manager for employee rating and sharing areas of improvement. Organize monthly and annual employee performance reviews
· Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
· Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
· Ensure statutory compliance as per state government.
