HR Manager to manage our company’s recruiting, Payroll, Compliances, learning and development and employee performance programs.

1. Coordinate with departmental managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

2. Creating a recruitment plan & prepare Job Description.

3. Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, short

listing & scheduling interview

4. Sourcing candidates for Technical, Non-IT & Sales profiles.

5. Maintaining database in Dashboard, Google Sheets, MS-Excel.

6. Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning letter, Confirmation

& Increment Letters.

7. Creating on-boarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal rules and

regulations. Orientation & Induction.

8. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

9. Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of

payroll transactions including Salary & Benefits.

10. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to

pay rates.

11. Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions including Leave Management,

Overtime.

12 Prepare and maintains accurate records of Advances and deductions.

13. PF & ESIC Registration of Newly joined employees.

14. Prepare & Submit monthly challan of PF, ESIC & Half Yearly challan of LWF

15. Preparing Full & Final settlement of resigned employee.

16. Prepare & Generate Salary Structure.

17. Create, Update & Implement Various HR Policies.

18. Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules & regulations & addressing

employee grievances.

19. Celebrate Employee Birthday, Appreciation, Puja & functions.

20. Oversee all plant related HR Function, including employee relations, compliances and disciplinary

procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
