HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources operations within the organization, ensuring compliance with the Qatar Labor Law, internal policies, and company objectives. The role requires strong leadership, understanding of local regulations, and the ability to manage a diverse, multinational workforce.
JOB ROLE
- Manage end-to-end recruitment locally and internationally.
- Lead initiatives that align HR strategy with business goals.
- Guide department managers in performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Ensure HR policies comply with Qatar labor law.
- Conduct disciplinary actions as per company policy and Qatar Labor guidelines
REQUIREMETS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
- Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience in Qatar, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience working with multinational teams.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
